Happy New Year! We had a blast bringing in the New Year. For the last four days we have continued to enjoy friends here in Baumholder.
On New Years Eve we set off a good deal of fireworks to bring in the new years. It was cold outside, however, the explosions & adrenalin kept us all warm. You just can't buy fireworks like this in the USA.
On New Years day we slept in and played games.
On Saturday we took a short trip to Kaiserslautern and ate Mexican food.
This holiday season has provided us with the opportunity to build really strong bonds with those who have been here.
We are back to a normal schedule this week. We really enjoyed Christmas and New Years, but it feels really nice to be back in a routine.
