Hi -- someone recently asked me if I post recipes and I said no but I will share them directly. Then I remembered that the website allows for that very possibility. So, here is my Winter pie recipe, and if someone wants another, just ask . . . I am happy to share. Winter Pie 2 c. canned applesauce ½ c. canned whole cranberries (here in Germany I use preiselberrn) ¾ c. canned pumpkin ½ c. sugar ½ t. salt 2 t. cinnamon 1 t. nutmeg ½ t. cloves 2 T. flour 3 eggs 9 inch unbaked pastry shell Combine applesauce, cranberries, and pumpkin. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and flour. Beat eggs; add to mixture. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in preheated oven (400 degrees) for 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
