This is another recipe requested from a Thursday night dinner. Romaine salad greens - here in Germany I often use one of the lettuces that have red in the leaves. 1 small red onion, sliced, 1 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted 4 slices of bacon, fried, here in Germany I used the chopped schinken wurfel Tear lettuce and mix everything else together Dressing: 1 jar, small, seedless raspbeerry jam 1/2 cub rice vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil Mix well, and serve at room temperature. Add to salad just before serving.
