I am adding this after many requests on a recent Friday. Also the recipe for Christmas salad is already on this site.
Chocolate Éclair Dessert
2 packages (small) instant french vanilla pudding
3 Cups milk
Small cool whip
Mix together milk and pudding. Add Cool whip. Line 9x13 dish with graham crackers. Pour a layer of pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Add another layer. End with graham crackers. Microwave a can of chocolate frosting about 30-1 minute or until thin enough to run – pour over the pudding and graham crackers. Refrigerate. Yummy!!!!
