Our monthly expense at the Festaburg (house) runs about $3,500. Debbie and I have raised enough funds in the states to cover our salary and benefits and a little extra, but most of these funds are to come locally from the people here.
Our best month so far has been about $1,000, way short of what we need. Right now we are making up the shortfall from saving we brought with us. We have a GREAT board which meets once a month to help to navigate the finances. However, right now our greatest need is for people who are here to get a vision for what we are doing and begin to give.
We believe that God has brought us here and He will raise up people with a heart for what we are doing. We have full confidence that He will come through.
